Jana Shelton – City Secretary The City Secretary’s Office – Serving Citizens of Today and Tomorrow While Preserving the Records of the Past. The City Secretary serves under the administrative direction of the City Manager. The City Secretary is the official custodian of the City records and is responsible for matters pertaining to the Public Information Act, Open Meetings Act, the Election Code and Records Management.
