PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF CRANDALL

The City Council of the City of Crandall, Texas will hold a Public Hearing of a Preliminary Plat for Kingsborough Phase 1B which consists of 208 residential lots and 8 nonresidential lots on 85.979 acres of land as requested by JLM 786 Kaufman County, LLC/Jacobs Engineering Group. The property is generally located from FM 148 approximately 1 mile northeast of US-175 approximately 4,000 LF north along the proposed Kingsborough Boulevard in the City of Crandall ETJ, Kaufman County.

The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 4^th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m in the CISD Board Room, L.F. Raynes Education Center, 400 West Lewis, Crandall, Texas

All persons interested in the above referenced request are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
