Yes, There is a $5.00 permit fee to hold garage/yard sales. However if you apply online the fee is waived. You are limited to 4 sales per year. No signs are allowed on any utility pole, tree, fence, or to be placed on any public road right-of-way. All signs need not be posted longer than 72 hours, and picked up.Permit Department

Yes. The Texas State Plumbing License Law requires that a plumbing permit be obtained and the work inspected by a state licensed plumbing inspector authorized by the City of Crandall. A licensed master plumber must register with the city and pull the required permit.Permit Department

Silent Stars

Silent Stars provides assistance to needy families from infants through age 17. The children must live in and or be enrolled in the Crandall Independent School District. A copy of a utility bill reflecting your name and a CISD address must be attached to the application along with a copy of your current Texas Drivers License or a Government Issued ID card. Proof of Government Assistance is mandatory. If you meet all of this criteria then yes you may apply.Silent Stars
