Unified Development Code Plan

The City of Crandall is working with Kimley-Horn to develop a Unified Development Code (UDC). This long-term planning effort will update and organize all zoning, subdivision, and development standards to support high-quality growth, protect community character, and make the development process easier to navigate.

Community UDC Meeting Dates

Community dates are open to the public and we encourage Crandall citizens to join us.
  • March 5, 2026, from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Meetings will be held at 104 E Trunk St. Crandall, TX 75114.
  • We anticipate the next community meeting in late summer. We're still determining the exact date.
